New and used portable DVD players

If you don't have enough money to spend on a new portable DVD player, let's say you can purchase a used one, less performing but still satisfactory. Comparing to used portable DVD players, the new ones offer more advanced features and capabilities.

If you don't want to spend too much money on a portable DVD player, you can purchase a used device. What can you expect from used portable DVD players?
